“La Parenthèse” : a quality restaurant
« La Parenthèse », a restaurant that offers true seasonal cuisine and market products.
Chef François Duchesne learnt from his encounters with quality chefs who taught him. He creates for « La Parenthèse » an updated traditional cuisine, composed of fresh products from the Languedoc Roussillon.
The Uzès Duchy, Cevennes and the Gard wines will accompany his preparations with a harmonious and delicate touch.
Our dining room welcomes you at noon and in the evening, for a friendly lunch or diner.
Weather permitting, we will serve you out on our terrace, overlooking Uzès rooftops.

It is recommended to book, any day other than Monday and Sunday evenings in the winter, and Monday and Sunday lunchtimes in the summer.
Market menu and wine from Gard and Languedoc
Our menu consists of a Market Menu at 23 € for lunch and diner (on low season) and a “Surprise” Menu 44 € (4 courses in tasting), daily by reservation.
